Can you send the call stack? It will be toad.el in your user files directory. Also, what kind of script are your running?

Thanks,

Greg

Also recommend adding some extra info for Greg:

Win 64-bit?
Oracle Client - version, regular/fat or instant, 32-bit or 64-bit
Oracle DB - version

Easy way to do this is simply go to main menu->help->support bundle

Then copy/paste the text for such info into an email or yahoo posting

It sounds like you are using an Oracle 9 client. If you are connecting to a database that is 10g or 11g, you should get a client version that is at least as recent as the database version.

You can easily verify this by choosing main-menu->help->toad advisor

It quickly performs many checks to see if you have a substandard foundation or set of toad options ...

For some reason, the failing DLL name rang a bell in my memory. I
thought I'd had this once before with TIMESTAMPS and a 9i client. For
some reason, 9i client really hates the TIMESTAMP data type.

These may help:

There are others.

Happy 2013 everyone.
