Team Coding with TFS

Hi
We are using Toad 12 beta with TeamCoding and TFS 2010. When we insert a comment on checkin this is not stored on the changeset of tfs.
Any ideas? It seams that the comment inserted on checkout will stored on checkin in tfs.
